2007 Post-Event Wrapup
The fifth annual running of the United States Air Force 25 Hours of ThunderhillTM
came to a close on Sunday, December 2, 2007 after over a day's worth of
severe endurance racing. The event saw 72 teams enter with 67 of them
taking the green flag at the Thunderhill Raceway Park complex in
Willows, CA. The field for this year was extremely diverse and included
racecars ranging from Daytona Prototypes to Mazda Miatas. Of particular
interest were two Norma M20F racers entered by Team Green
Alternative/Alliance Financial that were powered by eco friendly E-85
fuel for the race.

Greetings to Our Racing Friends!
The #14 Team Racing 4A Reason Cobra is decked out in full race trim for the 25 Hours Race, and she's sleeping soundly in the pits tonight at Thunderhill Raceway in Willows, CA. It's been a long road to Thunderhill, and our 25 Hours racing effort would not be possible without the help of so many of our Cobra family and friends. On behalf of the entire team, thanks to everyone for your support and good wishes on our racing endeavors.

Dale Sievwright Tackles the 25 Hours of Thunderhill with Scion SPEED Touring Car Team
Driver is reunited with MPME team to try and better their 2005 25hr 3rd place finish
USTCC veteran Dale Sievwright has joined the MPME Scion/Modified Magazine 25 Hours of Thunderhill team to take another shot at improving upon his 3rd place finish from 2005. An experienced chassis engineer and test driver during the week, Sievwright looks forward to getting the most from the 300hp FWD turbocharged Scion tC he'll steer this weekend at Thunderhill Raceway near Sacramento, California.

Team Sampson Racing Communications Gunning for Second Win at 2007 NASA 25 Hours of Thunderhill
GTI Racing to enter 2007 25 Hours of Thunderhill
WERC E1 points leader GTI Racing will contest the Thunderhill 25 hr in
the #07 E36 BMW. Sponsorship for the event will be from Green Flash
Brewing Co. of San Diego,and Hoosier Tire and Rubber Co. Series drivers
John Norris and Mark Mitchell will be joined by WCTC front runnner
James Clay, and 04 Grand Am GS, and 05 Grand American Rolex series GT
class champion Craig Stanton. Norris, Mitchell, and Stanton were all
former IMSA rising star award recipients as teammates driving for
Nissan Motorsorts, and have over two dozen 24 hr endurance races to
their credit.
Evil Genius Racing to run 2007 25 Hours of Thunderhill for awareness of Wounded Warrior Project
Evil Genius Racing Team owner John L. Pagel proudly announces the
running of E-2 class cars, a Miata and RX-7, in the National Autosport
Association (NASA) 25-hours of Thunderhill at Thunderhill Raceway, a
3-mile 15-turn track near Willows, California on December 1-2. John has
been involved in every 12-hour and 25-hour enduro with NASA. He has a
great reputation as a driver, as well as a fabricator of race cars and
cages. Many of his competitors rely on his expertise to build their own
cars.
Scion and Modified Magazine Partner with MPME to race in the 2007 25 Hours of Thunderhill
Strong SPEED connection will help drive awareness for the Scion brand, sports car racing, key sponsors, and the event itself.
Marshall Pruett Motorsports Engineering (MPME), Modified Magazine, and Scion have partnered to build and run the first professional road racing entry for the youth-oriented Toyota brand.
"Scion's are a familiar sight at import drag racing events, drifting event, car shows, time attacks, and have some of the most active car clubs in America. Starting with the NASA 25 Hours of Thunderhill and World Challenge in 2008, professional road racing is the next place you'll find a Scion competing," noted team owner Marshall Pruett.
